Burgundy!! Where to begin?
This region, more than any other, has been blessed and revered for centuries, dating back to ancient times has become the most organised (and theological in terms of classification and complexity) viticultural area in the world thanks to the tireless efforts of the monks recording every last inch of it.

Modern innovation and the protection of this blessed place has meant that Burgundy has and still produces absolutely unique terroir driven wines, cultivated by some of the world’s most famous and sought-after wineries (the rock stars of the modern wine world!).

Nevertheless, these wines can offer absolute hedonism to the more or less experienced taster!
