Hermitage and Cote-Rotie are located in Northern Rhone and the wines, whites and reds, coming from most of the appellations are the kind of the blockbusters of taste and complexity that everybody should taste in their lives!
Extremely difficult cultivation on dizzying steep slopes with nevertheless excellent results for the wines!
Mainly well established family enterprises but also smallholders are offering the epitome of meaty reds and wintery whites!
